Note: While only your doctor can diagnose, prescribe or give medical advice, the Informed Health nurses can provide information on more than 5,000 health topics. Contact your doctor first with any questions or concerns about your health care needs. Topics discussed by the nurses, on the audio tapes, or online may not necessarily be covered by your health plan. There is no charge to you or your family for these informational services. However, if you choose to use any referral to additional resources, those charges, if any, would be your responsibility.
